Our Framework

How We Work

AAIC's work is organized into four areas of support: instruction and intervention, academic coaching, professional learning, and fine arts and well-rounded learning. Each school's plan draws on the areas that fit its students and goals.

How We Work

Our Framework

Four Areas of Support

Core Block 01

Instruction & Intervention

Supplemental, standards-aligned academic support that addresses skill gaps and helps at-risk students access high-quality learning opportunities without replacing the school's core curriculum. Includes small-group tutoring, individualized learning plans, and structured reading and math interventions.

Instruction and Intervention

Core Block 02

Academic Coaching

Structured support helping students manage their learning, build independence, and develop habits for long-term academic success using executive functioning strategies.

Core Block 03

Fine Arts & Well-Rounded Learning

Fine arts and well-rounded learning give students structured ways to build creativity, confidence and communication skills through music, dance, visual arts and STEAM, with connections to reading and math.

Professional Learning

Core Block 04

Professional Learning

Customized professional learning, instructional coaching, and leadership training supporting educators in using data with purpose and strengthening differentiation for all learners.

How We Show Up

We Deliver a Process, Not Just a Program

1

Discover

We learn your school's priorities, student needs, and current practices before recommending anything.

2

Design

We build a customized plan aligned to your students, staff, and school goals - not a standardized package.

3

Deliver

Our team implements with consistency, accountability, and ongoing communication with your leadership.

4

Measure

We use data to track progress, adjust programming, and demonstrate measurable student growth.
